Mein Geburtstag

My first days were such a culture shock to me, everyone dressed so differently and acted so different. Today we played dodgeball, Amis gegan Deutsche, (Americans versus Germans) and We won 4 games out of five. It was a long day for me, every one knew it was my birthday, and all of the little 5th graders sang for me. We ate cake for breakfast. Later, after school, we went around town on a scavenger hunt, looking for different landmarks in the town square. We went to an Ice cream shop, and I had the best Ice cream I have ever had in my life. We then went to the city hall and talked with the mayor (der Öberburgermeister) We talked about in the history of Wernigerode. We then went home, and I am about to go eat lasagna.
